Using our expertise and experience we offer a set package price for site identification, land acquisition and construction as well as taking the development through the technical and planning stages.

Leaders In MMC Development

We are leaders in Modern Method of Construction factory built homes. Whilst we take care of land remediation and site preparation our MMC homes are precision built in a controlled factory environment.

Bungalows and semi detached houses are completely finished off-site, including a full fitted kitchen, bathroom, central heating, insulation and external walls and are fully decorated – they even include energy saving light bulbs.

Our MMC homes are transported to site and craned into position and require only a few days for completion on-site.

Our sustainable neighbourhoods encompass our green values throughout the design and planning process incorporating well planned open spaces, landscaped amenity and the promotion of cycle use.

We practice what we preach! Our office’s Green Charter reduces carbon emissions through car sharing, low energy lighting/heating and the reduction of office waste through initiatives such as paper recycling.

Here at Bowsall we are currently working with 49 Registered Provider Partners. With a UK wide knowledge of the market for land we offer a nationwide service.

Our sister company the Strategic Land Group ltd specialises in the acquisition and promotion of strategic land to guide through the planning system. We specialise in both brownfield and greenfield sites to meet housing needs in areas which desperately need houses for people. We are continuously looking for strategic land, across England, to procure on a short, medium or long term basis.

Our extensive in-house professional team are able to advise and prepare any sized piece of land. Strategic sites tend to be a minimum of 4 acres with no upper limit!
