Bowsall Developments Ltd and New Charter Housing worked to redevelop the site of prefabricated post-war bungalows and provide much needed redevelopment in Tameside. This was the pioneer project of our modular building concept; the new homes have been constructed under controlled factory conditions and were all delivered to site over two days and craned onto completed foundations.

The advantages of modular construction were evidenced in the quality and speed of construction that was achieved. The new homes are fully wannasted by the NHBC as any other new build home

The project is now complete and occupied.

Bowsall, and its Partners are looking forward to taking the lessons learnt from our first project and applying them to future schemes
