Victoria Mill, Sabden

Bowsall will shortly submit an application to vary the current planning consent upon the former Victoria Mill in the Ribble Valley village of Sabden for an attractive 40 new home scheme that will offer a range of property styles and sizes much needed in the community.

Part of the project involves the opening up of the currently culverted watercourse which runs beneath the mill buildings to create a feature that will add real value to the conservation area.
