September Becomes a Record Breaking Month For Bowsall

September has seen Bowsall commit to deliver over 100 quality new homes across the country. From County Durham to Staffordshire, Bowsall will build much needed homes to address the housing crisis.

New Scheme Exchanged

Bowsall have recently acquired land in Leek to construct 14 new family houses in partnership with Peaks and Plains Housing Trust.

Planning permission granted for 14 houses in Stockport.

Bowsall have now secured planning for a new scheme to the rear of The Cross Keys Pub, Adswood Road, Stockport. The development, in conjunction with Stockport Homes, will commence shortly.

Bowsall to Build 73 Homes in Darlington

We are leaders in Modern Method of Construction factory built homes. Whilst we take care of land remediation and site preparation our MMC homes are precision built in a controlled factory environment.

Bungalows and semi detached houses are completely finished off-site, including a full fitted kitchen, bathroom, central heating, insulation and external walls and are fully decorated – they even include energy saving light bulbs.

Our MMC homes are transported to site and craned into position and require only a few days for completion on-site.

Our sister company the Strategic Land Group ltd specialises in the acquisition and promotion of strategic land to guide through the planning system. We specialise in both brownfield and greenfield sites to meet housing needs in areas which desperately need houses for people. We are continuously looking for strategic land, across England, to procure on a short, medium or long term basis.

Our extensive in-house professional team are able to advise and prepare any sized piece of land. Strategic sites tend to be a minimum of 4 acres with no upper limit!
